Export Control Compliance
ComplianceAll buyers must comply with Hong Kong export control laws and the import regulations of their destination country. Certain AI hardware may be subject to dual-use export controls. Buyers are responsible for obtaining any required import licenses. We reserve the right to refuse orders that may violate export control regulations.
Payment Terms
Orders under $10,000 USD require full payment before dispatch via Stripe, USDC, or USDT. Orders over $10,000 USD may qualify for 50% deposit / 50% on-delivery terms via bank transfer. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
Refunds & Returns
Defective products may be returned within 30 days for a full refund or replacement. Non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Custom or special-order items are non-returnable.
Warranty
All products carry a minimum 12-month manufacturer warranty. Warranty claims require proof of purchase and product serial number. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modification.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship from Hong Kong via DHL, FedEx, or SF International. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues. Title and risk pass to the buyer upon dispatch from our HK warehouse.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong.
